A great kick off to summer break! We will spend the morning exploring the St. Louis Zoo. After lunch at the zoo, we will make our way to the City Museum for an afternoon of indoor/outdoor play.
HIGHLIGHT CITY: St. Louis, MO
FEATURES: St. Louis Zoo - World class zoo with more than 6,600 animals - elephants, cheetahs, hyenas, penguins, bears, great apes, primates, birds, reptiles, lions, tigers, goats, and butterflies wandering in flight. • City Museum - Housed in the former International Shoe Factory, consisting largely of repurposed architectural and industrial objects where visitors are encouraged to feel, touch, climb on, and play in the various exhibits. The museum bills itself as an “eclectic mixture of children’s playground, funhouse, surrealistic pavilion, and architectural marvel.”
At time of reservation, choose to spend the entire day (approximately six hours) at the zoo and the entrance fees for the City Museum will be returned to you on the day of the tour in zoo dollars. We understand that the City Museum is not for everyone and we want to offer you options. |
