Since 2012 the Simmons family has been crafting some of the finest beers in the country. They produce beer, wine, and hard cider on site and are open to the public daily. Pre-select entrée at time of reservation. Shopping/Exploring time at Indiana Premium Outlets with shopping from the finest designer labels and leading brands at savings of 25% to 65% every day at 85 outlet shops
