Celebration Belle  - Join the Captain and Crew for a day on the Mighty Mississippi River as we cruise from Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin to Dubuque, Iowa.  Your day can be what you make of it, a learning experience or simply a leisurely cruise down the Mississippi.  Come hungry, no cruise would be complete without food!  The chef’s stay busy all day long preparing two fresh meals right aboard the boat.  During your excursion, the Captain will be pointing out the various sites along the way and explaining the following:  The wildlife along the river, navigating the river, the river towns and their people, and the tales of the Mighty Mississippi River.  In addition to all of this, there are fabulous entertainers onboard performing your favorite tunes, a great show, comedy, and more!  There is a dance floor!  Want to just sit back and enjoy the views – there are plenty of tables and chairs on the two observation decks for you to relax and take in the scenery. •  Fenelon Place Elevator - Referred to as the ‘world’s shortest, steepest, railway’, or the ‘4th Street Elevator,’ this Dubuque icon takes you from the base of Bluff Street all the way to the top of the bluff. There you will see views of the Tri-State region, including the city skyline.  •   Eagle Point Park  - One of the most outstanding parks in the Midwest. 164 acres overlook the Mississippi River and Lock and Dam #11, providing a spectacular Tri-State view of Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. • National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium - The animals, culture and history of our rivers come to life through dynamic exhibits, aquariums, animal encounters, William M. Black dredge boat and more on this 10-acre campus. •  Main Street Galena - Voted one of “America’s Best Main Streets” by Fodor’s Travel and Parade.com, you’ll love browsing through Galena’s 19th-century downtown with more than 100 storefronts featuring clothing, jewelry, collectibles, specialty items, gifts and more. •   Galena Trolley Tour - A town nestled in the hills and valleys of a former lead mining community, and major river port stop. Enjoy beautiful views as well as wonderful photo opportunities. Galena Trolley Tours provides historically and architecturally narrated tours.  • U.S. Grant Home State Historic Site - Tour the home of the United States 18th president, Ulysses S. Grant. On Aug. 18, 1865, Galena celebrated the return of its Civil War hero Gen. Ulysses S. Grant. Following a jubilant procession with much flag waving and speeches, a group of Galena citizens presented the General with a handsomely furnished house on Bouthillier Street.
